El prejudici i la construcció de la identitat

Editorial Design · Art Direction · Photography · Social Campaign
2026 · ELISAVA
Final Degree Project · Grade 10/10
Project film Prejudicis · 01

A visual research project about prejudice, social labels and identity through the eyes of others.

Portrait with red gloves from the PI project

Through editorial design, photography and visual experimentation, the project questions how quickly we build an idea of someone based on appearance, behaviour or first impressions.

The mirror becomes a central symbol of perception and self-image, representing the tension between how we see ourselves and how society sees us.

The same idea continues beyond the book.

A short audiovisual piece developed as part of the social campaign, extending the project’s message through motion and digital communication.

Do we really define ourselves, or are we defined by others?

REVERIE — vinyl identity

A fictional musical era built between memory, rebirth and introspection.

REVERIE is a fictional visual identity developed as a new musical era for Taylor Swift. A soft purple palette, intimate photography and customized typography shape a dreamy and reflective visual language. The identity expands across album artwork, vinyl design, digital music interfaces and a complete merchandising collection. Developed in collaboration with Queralt Ros.

In My 20s Not Yet editorial cover

A personal publication about the strange space between who we are and who we are becoming.

Created just before turning twenty, the project explores uncertainty, independence, identity, relationships, success and the pressure of feeling like you should already know who you are becoming. Through photography, writing and visual storytelling, it treats adulthood not as a destination but as an ongoing process of questioning, changing and understanding yourself.

About Martina

Martina Saiz

Graphic designer interested in the relationship between design, music, art and contemporary visual culture.

My work moves between visual identity, editorial design, art direction, photography and digital experiences. I enjoy building visual concepts and exploring how an idea can evolve across different formats and mediums.

Music, painting and art are an important part of the way I understand creativity. I’m especially interested in projects where design can communicate emotion, tell a story or question the way we see things.
